These Terms govern your use of Pivotr, a service provided by Pivotr Pty Ltd, registered in Victoria, Australia. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Pivotr is a digital tool designed to assist users in exploring career options and developing relevant skills. Guidance is generated by AI and based on your personal data. You should independently verify any critical decisions before acting on them.
Pivotr includes AI-only voice interactions which are recorded and transcribed. We do not guarantee that recommendations are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. Pivotr is not a licensed provider of financial, legal, or career counselling services.
You own your content and may delete your account at any time. You grant us a licence to use your inputs (e.g. voice logs, notes) to personalise your experience and improve the service.
Some third-party services we use (e.g. Stripe, Firebase, OpenAI) store data outside of Australia. In compliance with APP 8, we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients of your data are bound by obligations similar to Australian privacy laws.
Pivotr is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for losses resulting from your use of the platform or your reliance on its suggestions. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We encourage resolving issues informally first. You agree to contact us before pursuing legal action. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
